Our Process

1. Discovery. In addition to the specifics of the position/s, we step into each client’s culture—to get a firm handle on which candidates will fit in to the corporate DNA. During these discussions, we’re not just listening—we’re putting ourselves in our clients’ shoes; and thanks to enduring, wide-ranging experience in their functions, we’re efficient and successful.
2. Methodical search. It’s a reality of the job: The top-tier candidates that our clients seek aren’t usually in the market for new career opportunities; we have not only identified these candidates, but also developed long-term relationships with them. We find hotbeds of qualified talent through meticulous coordination with our clients during this phase—ensuring that no stone is left unturned. We seek individuals who not only meet the position specifications, but who have established repetitive patterns of success.
3. Careful outreach. Once we’ve identified desired candidates, we approach them directly to ascertain their specific qualifications and their level of interest.
